One-Time License Fee. Educator shall pay DCGP the License Fee prior to downloading, accessing, printing, copying or installing the DCGP Curriculum. Any updates to the Curriculum shall be at an additional fee and are not included in the one-time License Fee.
One-Time License Fee. Nikola shall pay to Bosch an Initial Down Payment (“IDP”) per the following:
(a) License fee in the amount of 10 million (10,000,000) Euros at the earlier of (i) June 30, 2022, or (ii) the date of termination. IDP payments are a one- time, non-refundable fixed-fee and will become due immediately upon termination of this FCPM License.
(b) License fee in the amount of 30 million (30,000,000) Euros in 2023 per the following payment schedule and conditions:
(1) License fee in the amount of 10 million (10,000,000) Euros paid by Jan 01, 2023 not subject to any program deliverable; and
(2) License fee in the amount of 10 million (10,000,000) Euros paid by April 01, 2023 not subject to any program deliverable; and
(3) License fee in the amount of 10 million (10,000,000) Euros paid by July 01, 2023 not subject to any program deliverable. All above License fee payments due at the date of termination. IDP payments are a one-time, non-refundable fixed-fee and will become due immediately upon termination of this FCPM License.
One-Time License Fee. The license fee for the Licensed Software licensed under this Amendment (and which was not previously licensed under the Agreement) is a one-time license fee of One Million Three Hundred Thousand Dollars (US$1,300,000).
One-Time License Fee. The parties agree that, for all the Licensed Contents stipulated in the Agreement, ECARX shall pay a lump-sum license entry fee to Xingji Meizu totaling RMB 150,000,000 (in words: RMB ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY MILLION only) excluding taxes, according to the following timeline:
(1) ECARX shall pay RMB 50,000,000 (RMB FIFTY MILLION) within thirty (30) days after the signing of the Agreement;
(2) Pay RMB 50,000,000 (RMB FIFTY MILLION) on November 30, 2024;
(3) Pay the final remaining RMB 50,000,000 (RMB FIFTY MILLION) on November 30, 2025. To ensure that ECARX pays each of the aforementioned fees on time, Xingji Meizu shall issue a special VAT invoice to ECARX at least 15 days before the latest due date of each installment fee, with a tax rate of 6%. When ECARX pays the aforementioned fees to Xingji Meizu, it shall also pay the corresponding VAT tax. If Xxxxxx Xxxxx delays in issuing the invoice, ECARX may postpone the payment of the current fee accordingly; despite the Agreement, XXXXX agrees to pay before the latest due date of each fee upon receiving the invoice issued by Xxxxxx Xxxxx.
One-Time License Fee. If the Option is exercised, Kavouras shall pay to EarthWatch xx x xne-time license fee the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($1,500,000.00) (the "License Fee").
One-Time License Fee. As full consideration for the rights granted hereunder, Licensee shall pay Licensor, as a one-time, single license fee, the non-refundable sum of FIVE MILLION U.S. DOLLARS ($5,000,000) (the “License Fee”). Payment of the License Fee is required for this Agreement to become effective.
One-Time License Fee. In consideration for royalties that would have otherwise been payable to Vertex related to Net Sales in the Territory on or after December 29, 2013 pursuant to Section 9.4.1(a) of the Parent Agreement and the covenants and the licenses under this 2013 Amendment, Xxxxxxx shall pay Vertex a one-time non-refundable, non-creditable payment of One Hundred Fifty Two Million Dollars (US $152,000,000) within [***] of the Amendment Effective Date.
One-Time License Fee. In consideration of the licenses granted to he Licensee hereby, unless otherwise provided in the Location Agreement: (1) the Licensee shall pay a one-time only license fee to the Licensor of $14,375 for each Sea Spi I and $28,750 for each Sea Spi II assigned to a Location; and (2) the payment of such fee shall be made on or before the date of delivery of the watercraft to the Location by wire transfer of immediately available funds to such bank account as may be designated by the Licensor.
One-Time License Fee. As full consideration for the rights granted by the Agreement and this Amendment, ECOtality has received from USABB, as of the Effective Date, a one-time, single license fee, the non-refundable sum of FIVE MILLION U.S. DOLLARS ($5,000,000) (the “License Fee”).
