ONE YEAR AGREEMENT. You are purchasing the Repair Plan for one full year. Coverage begins when your enrollment is approved (“Effective Date”). It is payable in twelve equal monthly installments. You have committed until the end of the 12- month period as measured from the plan Effective Date. Unless you give Omega Force Appliance Repair a written notice within 30 days of the plan Effective Date, it is automatically renewed for successive months at the price, terms and conditions then in effect, until either Omega Force or you give thirty (30) days’ notice of its termination. Your payment signifies acceptance of this agreement. If you add additional coverage or additional appliances or equipment, or any additional options, within a contract year, the expiration date of your plan is extended to 12 months from the date the new coverage was added. Omega Force Appliance Repair reserves the right to change the plan or terminate customers due to fraudulence at any time.

  • Complete Disposal Upon Termination of Service Agreement Upon Termination of the Service Agreement Provider shall dispose or delete all Student Data obtained under the Service Agreement. Prior to disposition of the data, Provider shall notify LEA in writing of its option to transfer data to a separate account, pursuant to Article II, section 3, above. In no event shall Provider dispose of data pursuant to this provision unless and until Provider has received affirmative written confirmation from LEA that data will not be transferred to a separate account.

  • REASON FOR AGREEMENT This Agreement is created due to the Couple contemplating marriage with one another. If such marriage should become in effect, this Agreement shall be considered in a legally binding contract in accordance with Governing Law to the benefit of the Couple.

  • Reaching Agreement When agreement is reached covering the areas under discussion, the proposed Agreement shall be reduced in writing as a memorandum of understanding and signed by a representative of each negotiating team.   • TERM OF GRANT AGREEMENT The term of this Grant Agreement begins on the date this Grant Agreement is executed by the State, through final payment plus three (3) years unless otherwise terminated or amended as provided in this Grant Agreement. However, all work shall be completed in accordance with the Schedule as set forth in Exhibit C.

  • Effective Date of Benefit Termination Medical, dental and life coverage termination will take effect on the first of the month following the loss of eligible employee or dependent status. Disability benefit coverage terminations will take effect on the day following loss of eligible employee status.

  • Compensation for Convenience Termination If City shall terminate for its convenience as herein provided, City shall compensate Consulting Engineer/Architect for all Engineering/Architectural Services satisfactorily completed to date of its receipt of the termination notice and any additional Engineering/Architectural Services requested by City to bring the Project to reasonable termination. Compensation shall not include anticipatory profit or consequential damages, neither of which will be allowed.

  • Change in Agreement Any change deemed necessary in this Agreement may be made by mutual agreement at any time during the life of this Agreement.

  • EFFECTIVE DATE OF CONTRACT This contract shall not become effective until and unless approved by the City of Nashua.

  • Effective Date of Agreement The provisions of the agreement will come into full force and effect on the date of ratification, unless specified otherwise.
