Ongoing Communication. The parties to this Agreement recognize the value of cooperation and communication with respect to drug, weapons, violence and school security problems as they relate to students and school grounds, and believe that entering into this Agreement will help them to be more effective in managing these problems and in making certain that schools are safe xxxxxx for law abiding children, and not convenient marketplaces or resorts for drug dealers and users. It is the intent of the parties to this Agreement to take all steps as may be appropriate and lawful to fulfill the applicable regulations at N.J.A.C. 6A:16, Programs to Support Student Development and the mission of the New Jersey State Board of Education, in collaboration with the New Jersey Department of Education, to establish policy and provide leadership in the development of exceptional learning opportunities for New Jersey’s public school students for the purpose of enabling them to obtain a superior education.

Ongoing Communication. The Province and the Municipality will communicate regularly by email, video conference or phone with regard to matters relevant to this MOU.
Ongoing Communication. The Property Owner or Property Management Company shall communicate tenancy issues or concerns about Program Qualified Tenants to DHHS staff promptly to keep DHHS aware of tenancy issues and other concerns. Communication shall be provided to DHHS staff regardless of whether the issue or concern requires written notice of lease or house rules violation to the tenant to provide the opportunity for intervention and tenancy preservation. The Property Owner and Property Management Company shall notify DHHS and Agency staff by email of the names and contact information of Property Management Company staff working with the Targeting Program at the property as staff turn-over occurs and make timely updates in RCRS.
Ongoing Communication. Subject to any obligations of confidentiality to which each respective Party may be subject, each Party shall make appropriate personnel available from time to time at the other Party’s reasonable request to answer questions from the other Party concerning the status of the development of the Ancestral Technology and to discuss and attempt to resolve any issues or concerns a Party may have.
Ongoing Communication. Subject to any obligations of confidentiality to which each respective Party may be subject, each Party shall make appropriate personnel available from time to time at the other Party’s reasonable request to answer questions from the other Party concerning the status of the development of the Ancestral Technology and to discuss and attempt to resolve any issues or concerns a Party may have. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, (a) if Akouos wishes to permit one or more Sublicensees to develop Licensed Products which target multiple Licensed Gene Targets, or (b) if Akouos wishes to amend a Pass-Through Sublicense to license new Intellectual Property to the relevant Third Party such that the Sublicense is no longer a Pass-Through Sublicense, then, in either case, Akouos shall notify Lonza in writing and the Parties shall discuss in good faith any amendments to this Agreement and/or financial reconciliation which the Parties determine to be appropriate in light of such circumstances. Lonza shall use reasonable efforts to procure from MEE any amendments to the Lonza-MEE Agreement or other rights, authorizations or consents necessary to give effect to any mutually acceptable proposed amendments to this Agreement.

Ongoing Communication. Consular Officers and the DCFS staff will meet three times a year in order to discuss, clarify, and coordinate activities in areas of mutual interest and concern. The Consul General and the Director of the Department will meet once a year, in order to assess the progress and direction of the mechanism. Both agencies remain committed to the development and delivery of joint community meetings and other information efforts. Both agencies will participate in joint prevention efforts regarding the protection and well being of Mexican families and minors. In addition, the Division of Communications of the Department and the Consulate will make every effort to exchange ideas and concerns of a high profile nature which may result in media attention, in a timely manner. Notwithstanding this Memorandum of Understanding, the parties acknowledge that the Consulate may contact the Department’s Division of Guardian and Advocacy, Advocacy Office of Children and Families and/or Office of Inspector General at any time.

Ongoing Communication i. Quebec agrees to respond diligently to ad hoc information requests from Canada on the progress of the projects and activities, as defined in section 4. ii. Quebec will promptly notify Canada of any major events that may affect the timetables or cash flow requirements of the projects and activities.
Ongoing Communication. 1. The parties agree to maintain ongoing communication regarding shared clients. Mechanisms for this communication shall include: a. Monthly review of Service Plans. b. Communication of significant changes in client status within 3 business days. Significant status changes include New Court orders, New Child Net Case plans and objectives. c. Communication of crisis events and crisis planning.
Ongoing Communication. The Recipient must make all reasonable efforts to respond to ad-hoc requests by the Province for information on Project progress. The Recipient must also advise the Province immediately of any substantial events that could impact the Project timeline.
