Ongoing Conditions Precedent. Lender shall not be obligated to fund any Loan or make any other extension of credit hereunder unless and until each of the following conditions is satisfied, in the sole opinion of Lender, and each request by Borrower for an extension of credit hereunder shall be deemed to be a representation that all such conditions have been satisfied:
