Ongoing Cooperation. As part of the consideration being provided to Executive under this Agreement, the Company expects Executive to make himself reasonably available to Company and/or its legal counsel and other designated representatives or agents, in connection with all investigations, audits, suits, claims or disputes regarding the Company or its affiliates.
