Ongoing Promotion Process Timeline. 13.4.4.1 The Promotion Committee will submit its recommendation to the ▇▇▇▇ by February 1 of the year in which the case is heard. 13.4.4.2 The ▇▇▇▇ will inform the candidate and the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ of his/her decision on the case by March 15. 13.4.4.3 The salary increase associated with any promotion will become effective at the beginning of the following fall semester.
