Common use of Ongoing Provision of Input and Participation in IEP Process Clause in Contracts

Ongoing Provision of Input and Participation in IEP Process. The Participating District shall provide input to Titusville regarding the programming, services for, and placement of those students and shall remain as participating members of the IEP team for those students. This shall include participating in IEP team meetings, collaborating, and drafting of IEPs, NOREPs, and other required documentation. Titusville and the Participating District agree the IEP team meetings shall take place at the Participating District, unless Titusville and the Participating District mutually agree upon another location on a case-by-case basis.
