Online Advertising. Agents may link to their TND provided webpage from their social media pages or personal agent website. Agent created online content about TND must be limited to a) the statement, “Preferred Agent Partner of Teacher Next Door” with a link to ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or b) an embedded ad block supplied by TND, linking to Agents TND web page. Agent must not create any online or website content about TND and brands, use the TND or other brand names in online addresses, including, but not limited to, website address, social media address or pages or page names, email address, or copy or re-post content from TND’s website. Any renaming, rebranding or hybrid branding of TND brands or the services we provide, is strictly prohibited. Agent agrees not to market competitors of TND, including any other home buying programs. AGENT MUST NOT POST ANY TND RELATED CONTENT ON ANY VIDEO PLATFORM, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO YOUTUBE AND VIMEO. AGENT MUST NOT CREATE ANY ONLINE CONTENT FOR SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION. GOOGLE, BING, YOU TUBE AND OTHER SEARCH ENGINE AD WORDS PERTAINING TO TEACHER NEXT DOOR BRANDS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
Online Advertising. Content Provider may include (a) advertising on the Content Provider Mobile Services, giving T-Mobile twenty percent (20%) of the User generated revenues there from; and (b) advertising, sponsorships, inserts and product/service tie-ins, including but not limited to game title within the games, content and other applications (if any) which Content Provider makes available to Users through the Content Provider Mobile Services, giving T-Mobile twenty percent (20%) of the User generated revenues there from. Online Advertising. 8.1 For online banner and display Advertising, you must submit creative materials and a clickthrough URL to us at least 3 working days (5 working days for non-gif material) or within such other deadline advised by us at its discretion before publication date.
