Online Banking Services Technical Requirements. 1. You must use your user name and password to access your accounts. Online Banking Services are accessible seven (7) days a week, 24 hours a day. However, the system may be temporarily unavailable from time to time for maintenance. The Credit Union makes no warranty concerning the availability of the Online Banking Services. The Credit Union shall not be responsible for any errors or failures involving any telephone or other Internet service, or your computer. 2. You will need a personal computer and a web browser (such as Microsoft Internet Explorer, Safari or Firefox) to access the Online Banking Services. You are responsible for your making sure your computer and web browser meet the minimum technical requirements for use of the Online Banking Services as determined by the Credit Union from time to time. You are responsible for the installation, maintenance and operation of your computer and modem and/or other Internet connection device.
