The Online Catalog clause defines the terms and conditions governing the use and maintenance of a digital product or service listing accessible via the internet. Typically, this clause outlines the responsibilities of the provider to keep the catalog accurate and up-to-date, and may specify how products, prices, or availability are displayed to users. Its core function is to ensure that both parties understand the expectations and limitations regarding the online catalog, thereby reducing misunderstandings and disputes related to product information or availability.
Online Catalog. 2.1.3.3.1 Reseller shall provide COTS software, and software maintenance of new or existing licensed software, under this contract. Information on approved products, customized by Participating State, will be available through an online catalog and through Reseller’s representatives either through email or telephone inquiry during the standard working hours of the Participating State. The online catalog shall provide an expansive list Contract No: ADSPO16-130651 Description: Software Value-Added Reseller (SVAR) Services of products allowed per the contracts, particularly those products of itemized publishers.
2.1.3.3.2 The website shall provide contract and ordering information to include, at a minimum: publishers, product names, standard product pricing, and product descriptions (photos optional or links to access product literature). Regardless of the number and types of links to the Reseller’s electronic catalog, the Reseller shall ensure that all eligible agencies purchasing under one PA are accessing the same current base version of the product catalog. Online information shall include purchases of Volume or Enterprise License Agreement software as well as individual COTS software licenses.
2.1.3.3.3 Online catalog shall be restricted to just software. Non-authorized products or groups of products shall not be on the website. Reseller shall not use this proposed website to cross sell or cross advertise other products and or services the Reseller may be able to offer.
Online Catalog. The website shall provide Master Agreement and ordering information to include, at a minimum: product names, product numbers, product MSRP pricing, and product descriptions (photos optional or links to access product literature optional), and the contracted discount rate applicable to the product. Non- authorized products or groups of products shall either not be viewable on the website or shall be clearly marked as excluded products. Regardless of the number and types of links to the Contractor’s electronic catalog, the Contractor shall ensure that all eligible agencies purchasing from one PA are able to access one, and only one, version of the product catalog.

Regardless of the number and types of links to the Contractors electronic catalog, the Contractor shall ensure that all eligible agencies purchasing under one PA are accessing the same current base version of the product catalog.
b. Online catalog shall be restricted to awarded contract category(s) products only. No other products shall be on the website. Contractor shall not use this proposed website to cross sell or cross advertise products that are not included in the awarded category(s).
Online Catalog. During the term of this Master Contract, Galls, LLC will continuously meet these Online Catalog Qualifications.
a. Galls, LLC has existing eQuip website(s) with the ability for Purchasers to complete online orders.
b. Galls, LLC has an online product catalog with product specifications, manufacturer part numbers and the contracted price.
c. Galls, LLC eQuip website has the functionality to search, sort and filter the products.
d. Galls, LLC will create custom eQuip websites for Purchaser with their product offering, delivery requirements, and payment options.
Online Catalog. Allows administrators to create an online catalog of professional learning activities for the agency, including descriptions, details, and multiple sections of the same activity to maintain the consistency of the original activity while still allowing for different dates, locations, intended audiences, instructors, etc. Includes the ability to configure field names within the learning activity and section setup. Learning activities can include anything from traditional face-to-face workshops and online courses to professional learning communities, self-directed resources, and more – any activity that a Customer considers a professional development opportunity can be listed in the Online Catalog.
