Online Services Suspension. We may suspend an Online Service in whole or in part in the following circumstances: o if we believe that Your use of the of Online Services represents a direct or indirect threat to our network function or integrity or anyone else’s use of the Online Service; o if reasonably necessary to prevent unauthorized access to Customer Data; o to the extent necessary to comply with legal requirements; or o if You do not abide by the Scope of Use section of the Online Services Use Rights or violate other terms of the Agreement.
