Only Delphi, Buyer Parent any representative of the Committee and the Equityholders' Committee, any representative of Delphi’s secured lenders (and the legal and financial advisers to each of the foregoing), and any Qualified Bidder who has timely submitted a Qualified Bid will be entitled to attend the Auction, and only Buyer Parent and the other Qualified Bidders will be entitled to make any subsequent Qualified Bids at the Auction.
