Only Lessor’s Express Written Agreements Binding. Lessee acknowledges and agrees that no person acting on behalf of Lessor is authorized to make, and that except as expressly set forth in this Agreement, neither Lessor nor anyone acting for or on behalf of Lessor has made, any representation, warranty, statement, guaranty or promise to Lessee, or to anyone acting for or on behalf of Lessee, concerning the condition of the Premises, any other aspect of the Premises or the surrounding area. Lessee further acknowledges and agrees that no representation, warranty, agreement, statement, guaranty or promise, if any, made by any person acting on behalf of Lessor which is not expressly set forth in this Agreement will be valid or binding on Lessor.
