Common use of Only One Original Lease Clause in Contracts

Only One Original Lease. One originally executed counterpart of each Lease included in the Collateral shall be marked "original" and legended in form satisfactory to Mortgagee to indicate that such Lease is the original of a given Lease with all other copies marked "copy." The original Lease shall be delivered by Owner Trustee to Mortgagee together with the original bxxx of sale for the equipment being leased, prior to said Lease being included in the Borrowing Base (subject to the terms and conditions in the Loan Agreement).
