Only One Plan Can Be Integrated. If the Employer maintains paired plans, only one of the Plans may provide for the disparity in contributions which is permitted under Section 401(l) of the Code. In the event that both Adoption Agreements provide for such integration, only the money purchase pension plan shall be deemed to be integrated.
