Common use of Only User Rights in Common Areas Clause in Contracts

Only User Rights in Common Areas. The Purchaser shall only have User Rights in the Common Areas comprised within the Project as also in other Common Areas of other phases of the Complex to the extent required for beneficial use and enjoyment of the Said Apartment and the Purchaser hereby accepts the same and the Purchaser shall not, under any circumstances, raise any claim of ownership of any component or constituent of the Common Area and/or other Common Areas of the Complex.
