Common use of Only Written Waivers Clause in Contracts

Only Written Waivers. No term or provision of this Trust -------------------- Agreement may be changed, waived, discharged or terminated orally, but only by an instrument in writing signed by the party or other person against whom enforcement of the change, waiver, discharge or termination is sought; and any waiver of the terms hereof shall be effective only in the specific instance and for the specific purpose given.
