Onshore Locations Clause Samples

Onshore Locations. Supplier will deliver the Services to all Clearwire locations that comprise Clearwire’s Network footprint as generally described in Exhibit H and the attachments thereto. With respect to Services to be performed within the United States of America, Supplier will deliver the Services from Supplier’s offices and other Supplier business locations, applicable Clearwire locations, and from other locations in the United States as reasonably determined by Supplier from time-to-time.
