Ontario May Impose Additional Conditions On The Recipient. Ontario may impose, at any time, such additional terms or conditions on the Recipient in terms of the Recipient’s operations that relate to the use of any Funds which Ontario, acting reasonably, considers appropriate for the proper expenditure and management of the Funds. For greater certainty, any additional terms or conditions Ontario may impose shall be supplements to the existing terms and conditions of this Agreement as opposed to amendments to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
