Common use of Ontario’s Maximum Funds Under Agreement Clause in Contracts

Ontario’s Maximum Funds Under Agreement. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Ontario shall provide the Recipient with an amount up to Four Hundred and Forty-Two Thousand, Three Hundred and Fifty-One Dollars ($442,351) in Funds for Eligible Costs for the Project.
