Open Access Repository Services. Online services designed to preserve and provide open access to journal article reprints or preprints, audio, video and other media, and/or digital data. Repositories may be maintained by, but not limited to, an author’s employing institution, an academic consortium, a discipline-based entity, or a governmental funding agency. Perpetual Access Continued access, archiving and use of Licensed Materials that survives any termination of the License Agreement and ensures continued access consistent with the then current standards in the publishing industry.
