OPEN MEETINGS AND XXXXX ACT COMPLIANCE. The Contractor shall comply with the Xxxxx X. Xxxxx Act, California Government Code section 54950 et. seq. An agenda containing the date, time, and location of the meeting, and a legally sufficient description of each item of business to be discussed or transacted, shall be posted in a place freely accessible to the public at least 72 hours prior to the meeting. The agenda shall also be sent to every member of the public requesting notification of the meetings, by facsimile, via the United States Postal Service, or electronic mail, at the time of the posting of the agenda.
