Open Source Software Warranty. 10.1. Unless the inclusion of Open Source Software is specifically authorized in writing by duly authorized officers of Signify and unless otherwise stated in the Agreement, Supplier represents and warrants that the Goods do not include any portion of any Open Source Software.
