Common use of Opening Escrow Clause in Contracts

Opening Escrow. The Parties shall establish the Escrow with the Title Company. The Parties shall execute and deliver all written instructions to the Title Company to accomplish the terms hereof, which instructions shall be consistent with this Agreement. The Parties may submit their own escrow instructions to Title Company provided such instructions are consistent with the terms of this Agreement. Upon request by Xxxxxxxxx, the Title Company may be changed to a company requested by Xxxxxxxxx, provided: (a) Developer makes the request prior to the opening of escrow; and (b) the company is approved by the City.
