Opening of the Tender. a. Tenders shall be opened, at the given place, time and date, in the presence of the Tenderer(s) for which they shall ensure their presence without further invitation. b. The Tenderer's name, modifications, withdrawal, security, attendance of the Tenderer and such other details as the Purchaser may, at its exclusive discretion, consider appropriate, shall be announced and recorded. c. No tenderer or its representative will be allowed to keep any digital device (camera, audio recorder, cell phone etc.) during tender opening meeting at given time and location. Non- compliance will cause the rejection of respective bidder.
