Opening test under zero load. 7.2.1.2.1. A buckle assembly which has not previously been subjected to a load shall be mounted and positioned under a no load condition. 7.2.1.2.2. The method of measuring the buckle opening force shall be as prescribed in paragraphs 7.2.1.1.3. and 7.2.1.1.4. above. 7.2.1.2.3. The buckle opening force shall be measured.
