Opening with Mutual Agreement (Effective May. 28, 2019) 2.7.1 The Association and TEBA may at any time by mutual agreement negotiate revisions to the central matters contained in this Collective Agreement. Any such revisions shall become effective from such date as shall be mutually agreed upon by the Association and TEBA.
