OPERATING ADVISER CONTACT WITH MASTER SERVICER AND SPECIAL SERVICER. No less often than on a monthly basis or as agreed upon by the Master Servicer and the Operating Adviser, each of the Master Servicer and the Special Servicer shall, without charge, make a Servicing Officer available to answer questions from the Operating Adviser regarding the performance and servicing of the Mortgage Loans and/or REO Properties for which the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, is responsible.
