Common use of Operating Charges for Fixed Wing Aircraft Clause in Contracts

Operating Charges for Fixed Wing Aircraft. a. Operating Charges for Fixed Wing aircraft will be due and payable to the Contractor for that period of time, between point of take-off and point of landing for each flight, that has been authorised by NAFC or a Member as measured by an automated device as set out in clauses 5 and 6 of Schedule 5. b. For Firebombing aircraft capable of self-filling by scooping water, Operating Charges will be payable for the period of time that the Aircraft is scooping during authorised flights, whether or not any part of the Aircraft is in contact with surface water.
