Operating Distributions. Distributions, other than distributions payable in accordance with Section 4.4, shall be made at such times and in such amounts equal to all distributions of any nature received by the Company from the Partnership, except for such amounts determined by the Board to be retained for the necessary expenses of the Company and for the reasonable and necessary reserves as determined from time to time by the Board.
