The New Money Investor acknowledges that the ownership of the Shares involves a high degree of risk of loss of the New Money Investor's entire investment. The New Money Investor has made such investigation of the business and prospects of the Company as it deems adequate and specifically recognizes there is no assurance of any income from this investment.
