Common use of Operating Leases Clause in Contracts

Operating Leases. Not permit the aggregate amount of all rental payments under Operating Leases made (or scheduled to be made) by the Borrowers and their respective Subsidiaries (on a consolidated basis) to exceed $250,000 in the aggregate for all Borrowers and their respective Subsidiaries in any Fiscal Year.

Operating Leases. Not permit the aggregate amount of all rental payments under Operating Leases made (or scheduled to be made) by the Borrowers Company and their respective its Subsidiaries (on a consolidated basis) to exceed $250,000 in the aggregate for all Borrowers and their respective Subsidiaries 2,000,000.00 in any Fiscal Year.

Operating Leases. Not permit the aggregate amount of all rental payments under Operating Leases made (or scheduled to be made) by the Borrowers and their respective Subsidiaries (on a consolidated basis) to exceed (i) during the Fiscal Years of the Borrowers and their Subsidiaries ending December 31, 2001 and December 31, 2002, $250,000 500,000 in either such Fiscal Year or (ii) during any Fiscal Year thereafter, $550,000, in each such case in the aggregate for all Borrowers and their respective Subsidiaries in any Fiscal YearSubsidiaries.

Not permit the aggregate amount of all rental payments under Operating Leases made (or scheduled to be made) by Borrower and the Borrowers and their respective Restricted Subsidiaries (on a consolidated basis) to exceed $250,000 in the aggregate for all Borrowers and their respective Subsidiaries 4,000,000 in any Fiscal Year.

Operating Leases. Not permit the aggregate amount of all rental payments under Operating Leases made (or scheduled to be made) by Borrower and the Borrowers and their respective Restricted Subsidiaries (on a consolidated basis) to exceed $250,000 in the aggregate for all Borrowers and their respective Subsidiaries 6,000,000 in any Fiscal Year.

Operating Leases. Not permit the aggregate amount of all rental payments under Operating Leases made (or scheduled to be made) by the Borrowers Loan Parties and their respective Subsidiaries (on a consolidated basis) to exceed $250,000 in the aggregate for all Borrowers and their respective Subsidiaries 30,000,000 in any Fiscal Year.

Operating Leases. Not permit the aggregate amount of all rental ---------------- payments under Operating Leases made (or scheduled to be made) by the Borrowers Company and their respective its Subsidiaries (on a consolidated basis) to exceed $250,000 in the aggregate for all Borrowers and their respective Subsidiaries 600,000 in any Fiscal Year.

Not permit the aggregate amount of all rental payments under Operating Leases made (or scheduled to be made) by the Borrowers Company and their respective its Subsidiaries (on a consolidated basis) to exceed $250,000 in the aggregate for all Borrowers and their respective Subsidiaries 350,000 in any Fiscal Year.

Operating Leases. Not permit the aggregate amount of all rental payments under Operating Leases made (or scheduled to be made) by the Borrowers and their respective Subsidiaries Loan Parties (on a consolidated basis) to exceed $250,000 in the aggregate for all Borrowers and their respective Subsidiaries 100,000 in any Fiscal Year, excluding rental payments due under leases or occupancy agreements associated with the Real Property.

Operating Leases. Not permit the aggregate amount of all rental payments under Operating Leases made (or scheduled to be made) by the Borrowers Company and their respective its Subsidiaries (on a consolidated basis) to exceed $250,000 in the aggregate for all Borrowers and their respective Subsidiaries 500,000 in any Fiscal Year.
