Operating Procedures for MPC Clause Samples
The Operating Procedures for MPC clause defines the rules and processes that govern how a Multi-Party Computation (MPC) system is to be used and managed by the parties involved. It typically outlines the steps for initiating computations, handling data inputs and outputs, and resolving operational issues, such as system errors or participant unavailability. By establishing clear procedures, this clause ensures that all parties understand their roles and responsibilities, thereby reducing the risk of disputes and promoting efficient, secure collaboration within the MPC framework.
