Operating Procedures for TAC Clause Samples

Operating Procedures for TAC. TAC hereby agrees to strictly abide by any and all procedures (the “Operating Procedures”) relating to the operation and use of the Storage Facility (including the Tanks) and the Pipelines that generally apply to receipt, delivery, storage and movement of Products at the Storage Facility. TLO shall provide TAC with a current copy of its Operating Procedures and shall provide TAC with thirty (30) days’ prior written notice of any changes to the Operating Procedures, unless a shorter implementation of such revised Operating Procedures is required by Applicable Law.
