Operating Season. The Licensee shall commence operations at the Site no later than May 15th with the option to open earlier at Build Nova Scotia’s sole discretion, and shall remain in operation through October 15th with the option to remain in operation later at Build Nova Scotia’s sole discretion in each year of the Term hereof.

Operating Season. (a) The Club’s standard Operating Season for 2020 is April 10-October 11. (b) The Club may open in the off-season weather permitting. Off-season opening days are announced through email and social media. (c) The Club reserves the right to postpone Opening Day if the weather is not suitable.

If water to the Facility is discontinued prior to October 31, the Operating Season shall end the day before water is shut off to the Facility. If mutually agreed upon by the MPRB and Contractor, the Operating Season may end as early as October 15 due to adverse seasonal conditions that negatively affect business.
