Operating Season. No operations will be allowed in the period between November 1 through May 31. Operating Season. (a) The Club’s standard Operating Season for 2020 is April 10-October 11. (b) The Club may open in the off-season weather permitting. Off-season opening days are announced through email and social media. (c) The Club reserves the right to postpone Opening Day if the weather is not suitable.

Operating Season. Due to various considerations, the season of operation for the Calle Guanajuato may vary from year to year. If the Commissioners do not approve a particular period of operation prior to February 28th, the default season of operation shall be from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Operations other than cutting shall be at the discretion of the Officer in Charge to provide security for wildlife and to avoid road damage.

(viii) Casual Grade 2 Ski Patroller shall have 2 (two) paid 15 minutes break and one paid half (1/2) hour break. (ix) Casual Grade 3 Ski Patroller shall have 2 (two) paid 15 minutes break and one paid half (1/2) hour break. (x) Avalanche Technicians Area Leads shall have 2 (two) paid 15 minutes break and one paid half (1/2) hour break. (xi) Avalanche Technicians Team Leads shall have 2 (two) paid 15 minutes break and one paid half (1/2) hour break. (xii) Avalanche Technicians Observers shall have 2 (two) paid 15 minutes break and one paid half (1/2) hour break. (xiii) Dispatchers shall have 2 (two) paid 15 minutes break and one paid half (1/2) hour break.

Operating Season. The Dome facility shall be in operation annually for the period from November 1 (approximate inflate date), to Mid-April (approximate deflate date).

Operating Season. Lessee shall pay a base monthly amount for the Front Ticket Lobby Area of $3,073.46 per month. The formula for monthly payments under this section is: (3,953 sq. ft. / # of airlines) x ($18.66 x 2 banks) / 12 months.

If water to the Facility is discontinued prior to October 31, the Operating Season shall end the day before water is shut off to the Facility. If mutually agreed upon by the MPRB and Contractor, the Operating Season may end as early as October 15 due to adverse seasonal conditions that negatively affect business.
