OPERATING SYSTEM AND APPLICATIONS Sample Clauses
The "Operating System and Applications" clause defines the requirements and responsibilities related to the software environment provided with a product or service. It typically specifies which operating system and applications must be installed, maintained, or supported, and may outline compatibility standards or update obligations. For example, it might require that a server be delivered with a specific version of Windows or Linux, along with certain productivity or security applications. This clause ensures that both parties are clear on the software baseline, reducing the risk of incompatibility issues and setting expectations for ongoing support.
