Common use of Operation and liability Clause in Contracts

Operation and liability. Any one Account Owner of a joint Credit Card Account can operate and instruct us to act in respect of the joint Credit Card Account separately. This means that, without limitation, any one Account Owner can undertake Transactions within the credit limit of the Credit Card Account as described in clause 2.10 or apply to change, or agree to/decline a change in, the credit limit of the Credit Card Account in accordance with clause 2.11.
