Common use of Operation and Management Obligations Clause in Contracts

Operation and Management Obligations. The Developer shall ensure that each of the Project Facilities are opened for usage within 7 (seven) days from the date of issuance of Completion Certificate in respect thereof and shall operate and manage the same till the Expiry Date or the Termination Date as the case may be. The Developer shall operate, manage & maintain the Project Site and the Project Facilities entirely at its own cost in accordance with the Good Industry Practice. The Developer may undertake the operations and maintenance of the Project Facilities by itself or through a Person possessing requisite technical, financial and managerial expertise/capability, however, the Developer shall be solely responsible for operations and maintenance of the Project.
