Operation Certificate Sample Clauses

Operation Certificate. After obtaining Utility Operation Approval with respect to a SGF, Contractor shall commence the operation of the SGF in parallel with the Local Electric Utility’s grid, and upon the commencement of such operation, the Parties shall execute a certificate acknowledging receipt of Utility Operation Approval and the successful interconnection of the SGF (the "Operation Certificate").
