Operation in Accordance with Law. Vendor Licensee agrees that it will at all times develop, maintain, and display, as applicable, the Licensed Listings, the Display Websites, the Display Servers, and the content of the Display Websites in a professional manner and in accordance with all applicable laws and the MLS Rules and Regulations.

Operation in Accordance with Law. Vendor Licensee agrees that it will at all times develop, maintain, and display, as applicable, the Licensed Listings, the Display Websites, the Display Servers, and the content of the Display Websites Websites, and all of Vendor Licensee’s business and business operations in a professional manner and in accordance with all applicable laws federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations, and the MLS Rules and Regulations. Further, Vendor Licensee will not include in the content of the Display Websites any material which is illegal, immoral, unethical, or offensive.
