Common use of Operation of Building Clause in Contracts

Operation of Building. During the Term the Landlord shall operate and maintain the Building in accordance with standards from time to time prevailing for similar buildings in the area in which the Building is located and in accordance with the Environmental and Sustainability Objectives, and subject to participation by the Tenant by payment of Occupancy Costs under Section 4.3 shall provide the services set out in Sections 9.2 and 9.3.

Operation of Building. During the Term the Landlord shall operate and maintain the Building in accordance with standards from time to time prevailing for similar office buildings in the area in which the Building is located and in accordance with the Environmental and Sustainability Objectivesand, and subject to participation by the Tenant by payment of Occupancy Costs under Section 4.3 shall provide the services set out in Sections 9.2 8.2 and 9.38.3.

Operation of Building. During the Term the Landlord shall operate and maintain the Building in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and with standards from time to time prevailing for similar first-class office buildings in the area in which the Building is located and in accordance with the Environmental and Sustainability Objectivesand, and subject to participation by the Tenant by payment of Occupancy Costs under Section 4.3 Article 4.02, shall provide the services set out in Sections 9.2 Articles 6.02 and 9.36.03.

During the Term the Landlord shall operate and maintain the Building in accordance with standards from time to time prevailing for office buildings of a similar buildings age and quality in the area in which the Building is located and in accordance with the Environmental and Sustainability Objectivesand, and subject to participation payment by the Tenant by payment of the Tenant’s share of Occupancy Costs under Section 4.3 Costs, the Landlord shall provide the services set out in Sections 9.2 sections 7.3 and 9.37.4.

During the Term the Landlord shall operate and maintain the Building in accordance with standards from time to time prevailing for similar buildings in the area in which the Building is located and in accordance with the Environmental and Sustainability Objectivesand, and subject to participation by the Tenant by payment of Occupancy Costs under Section 4.3 4.3, shall provide the services set out in Sections 9.2 and 9.3Section 9.2.

During the Term the Term, Landlord shall operate and maintain the Building in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and with standards from time to time prevailing for similar buildings of its type in the area in which the Building is located and in accordance with the Environmental and Sustainability Objectivesand, and subject to participation by the Tenant by payment of Occupancy Costs under Section 4.3 Article 4.02 and the provisions of Articles 15.00 and 16.00, shall provide the services set out in Sections 9.2 and 9.3this Article 6.00.

During the Term the Landlord landlord shall operate and maintain the Building in accordance with standards from time to time prevailing for office buildings of a similar buildings age and quality in the area in which the Building is located and in accordance with the Environmental and Sustainability Objectivesand, and subject to participation payment by the Tenant by payment of the Tenant’s share of Occupancy Costs under Section 4.3 Costs, the Landlord shall provide the services set out in Sections 9.2 sections 17 and 9.319.

During the Term the Term, Landlord shall operate and maintain the Building in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and with standards from time to time prevailing for similar buildings of its type in the area in which the Building is located and in accordance with the Environmental and Sustainability Objectivesand, and subject to participation by the Tenant by payment of Occupancy Costs under Section 4.3 Article 4.02, shall provide the services set out in Sections 9.2 and 9.3this Article 6.00.

Operation of Building. During the Term the Term, Landlord shall operate and maintain the Building in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, the requirements of Landlord's insurance carriers and standards from time to time prevailing for similar first-class office buildings of comparable age and character in the area in which the Building is located and in accordance with the Environmental and Sustainability Objectiveslocated, and subject to participation by the Tenant by payment of Occupancy Costs under Section 4.3 shall provide the services set out in Sections 9.2 and 9.3this Article 7.
