Operation of Engines and Related Consents. 4.3.1 Lessee shall operate and otherwise utilise the Engines in accordance with (i) Applicable Laws, including the rules of the Aviation Authority, and (ii) the Applicable Engine Standards. 4.3.2 Lessee shall not operate or otherwise utilise the Engine (i) unless all Insurances are in effect or (ii) in a manner which causes noncoverage under the Insurances. 4.3.3 Lessee is responsible for obtaining the Consents required to operate, utilise and otherwise deal with the Engine Package in accordance with this Agreement.
