Common use of Operation of Health Care Facilities Clause in Contracts

Operation of Health Care Facilities. (i) Except where the failure to possess the same, either individually or in the aggregate, could not have a Material Adverse Effect, each Borrower possesses all Licenses and Reimbursement Approvals necessary to operate its Health Care Businesses substantially as now operated and as presently proposed to be operated. No Borrower is in material violation of the terms of its Licenses and Reimbursement Approvals.
