Operation of Mines. The Borrower will, and shall cause each of its Restricted Subsidiaries to, operate their mines in all material respects in accordance with sound coal mining practices and Mining Laws and Mining Permits, except where the failure to do so would not reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.
