Operation of the Dairy. Unless Landlord elects to terminate this Lease pursuant to Section 2.3, and subject to any requirements of applicable Laws regulating the operation and use of the Dairy, Landlord shall continue to operate and use the Dairy as a flush dairy during the Term.
