OPERATION OF THE LAW. 37.01 Should any clause, Article or Section of this Agreement be held invalid by operation of the law or found to be in violation of an applicable provincial statute, then this Agreement shall be read as if such clause, Article or Section did not form a part of this Agreement, and all other clauses, Articles or Sections of this Collective Agreement shall continue to apply.
