Operation on a Fair Basis; Standard of Service. Licensor shall operate, or contract with a third party for the operation of, Concessions and/or Catering Services on a basis that is fair to both Licensor and the Rangers and equivalent for Rangers Events and Other Arena Events. The quality of the service provided for Rangers Events shall be consistent with the Standard.
