Operational Board. 1. The Operational Board shall be established to manage the technical and operational functioning of the SW FAB. 2. The Operational Board shall be composed by: a) One (1) representative of the en-route ATS provider of each Party; b) One (1) military representative designated by each Party; and c) One (1) representative of the aeronautical meteorological service providers of each Party. Other participants may also attend as observers at the invitation of the Operational Board that should inform previously to the Council, pursuant to paragraph k) of paragraph 4 of this Article. 3. The Operational Board shall be chaired alternatively, in annual terms, by the representative from the en-route ATS provider from each Party. 4. The Operational Board shall: a) Ensure the implementation of the policies and objectives defined by the Council; b) Ensure the cooperation between en-route air traffic service providers aiming to obtain an improved and increased cross borders provision of air traffic services; c) Support the Network Manager in the development and on-going activities of the Network Strategic Plan and Network Operations Plan; d) Ensure the development of the civil and military coordination; e) Propose to the Council the modalities of the cooperation on airspace management, including the application of the concept of flexible use of airspace; f) Ensure the operational coordination of the SW FAB with adjacent functional airspace blocks; g) Propose, develop and implement a Common Plan for Projects Development within the scope of the SW FAB to be approved by the Council; h) Prepare and coordinate the SW FAB annual report; i) Propose and define a common management airspace policy to be further approved by the Council; j) Assist the Council on the implementation of this agreement and in particular of Articles 16, 17, 18, 21 and 22; and k) Report to the Council. 5. The Operational Board shall propose to the Council the establishment of its working groups and committees. 6. The Operational Board shall submit for approval by the Council its rules of procedure for its work and the terms of reference.

Operational Board. 5.1 The New Joint Committee shall establish a working group of ARP senior staff to be known as the Operational Board 5.2 The members of the Operational Board shall comprise the following officers of the ARP: - 5.2.1 the Strategic Manager; 5.2.2 the Benefits Manager; 5.2.3 the Income Manager; 5.2.4 the Performance Manager; and 5.2.5 such other officers of the New Joint Committee or of the ARP as the New Joint Committee may decide. 5.3 The responsibilities of the Operational Board shall be to: - 5.3.1 manage the performance of the services to be provided by the ARP in relation to the New Joint Committee Functions so as to ensure, so far as is possible and practicable, ensure the delivery of such services in accordance with the delivery plan approved by the New Joint Committee and the progress and performance targets set by the New Joint Committee pursuant to Clause 3.26.5. 5.3.2 report to the New Joint Committee meetings on the progress and performance of the services provided by the ARP in connection with the performance of New Joint Committee Functions against the delivery plan and targets set by the New Joint Committee pursuant to Clause 3.26.5; 5.3.3 strive to ensure that the services provided by the ARP are delivered equitably between the Thee Councils, so far as may be practicable; 5.3.4 prepare and submit to the New Joint Committee for its approval on or before 30th November in each year an annual business plan, annual budget, and annual delivery plan for the next Financial Year; 5.3.5 report to the New Joint Committee on the income and expenditure of the ARP against the approved budget; 5.3.6 seek to ensure so far as is practicable that the New Joint Committee Functions are performed within the budget approved by the New Joint Committee and to notify the Joint Committee of any material divergence from the annual budget and the reasons therefor. 5.3.7 recommend to the New Joint Committee the resources required to perform the New Joint Committee Functions to the requisite performance standards and any changes required in such resources to maintain such performance standards; 5.3.8 make appropriate recommendations to the New Joint Committee on any matter 0of relevance to the business of the New Joint Committee and of the ARP.
Operational Board. The Operational Board shall be established by the Buyer for the purposes of this Contract on which the Supplier and the Buyer shall be represented and carry our Operational Board activities in accordance with section 4 of Attachment 7, (Contract Management Standards). At the Buyer’s discretion (acting reasonably), the Board shall meet either in person, via telephone conference or via video- conference. Furthermore, nothing shall prevent the Buyer from electing (at its sole discretion and upon written notice to the Supplier) not to hold Operational Board meetings when scheduled, or at all.
Operational Board. The Operational Board is comprised of the WS Leads, the Clinical/Education/Research Leads and the ePAG Chair and advises the HCP Network Coordinator Representative and the Coordination Team relating to objectives, strategy, and activities when input from the full Strategic Board is not required.
