Operational Control of Antero Water’s Facilities. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Antero Water shall design, construct, own, operate, and maintain the Water Facilities at its sole cost and risk. Antero Water shall be entitled to full and complete operational control of its facilities and shall be entitled to operate and reconfigure its facilities in a manner consistent with its obligations under this Agreement.
