Operational Ground Check. Promptly after completion of all (if any) corrections required under paragraph 2.1 above, the Seller shall conduct an operational ground check in accordance with Part 1, Chapter 1 of the Airbus In Service Aircraft Test Manual (ISATM) for the purpose of demonstrating in the presence of an Airbus ground test inspector, the satisfactory operations of all systems. The Seller shall promptly correct, in accordance with the AMM, any discrepancies found in the course of the performance of such ground inspection so as to comply with the Delivery Conditions.

Operational Ground Check. Promptly after completion of any corrections required under Section 9.8, Lessee shall conduct an operational ground check in accordance with the requirements of the Approved Maintenance Program and shall correct any discrepancies disclosed by such check.
Operational Ground Check. 4.4.1 Promptly after the correction of any discrepancies pursuant to Section 4.3 of this Schedule 1, Lessee shall conduct an operational ground check of the Aircraft in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Approved Maintenance Program and Airframe Manufacturer's maintenance manual criteria for the purpose of demonstrating to the reasonable satisfaction of Lessor the operation of the systems, including, if required and at Lessee's cost, a full fuel tank leak check, audible ignition check (both systems), pitot and static systems check and hydraulic system internal leak check. 4.4.2 Promptly after the operational ground check, except as otherwise agreed in writing by Lessor and Lessee, any discrepancies from the Aircraft return condition requirements set forth in this Section 4, and any discrepancies that must be corrected in order to comply with the Approved Maintenance Program and Airframe Manufacturer's maintenance manual criteria, shall be corrected by Lessee at its cost prior to the demonstration flight described in Section 4.5 of this Schedule 1.
Operational Ground Check. (i) In connection with the Return (and following the inspection referred to in Section 7(c)), Lessee shall conduct an operational ground check of the Aircraft in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Airframe Manufacturer's maintenance manual, for the purpose of demonstrating to the reasonable satisfaction of Lessor the operation of all Aircraft systems that can be verified on the ground, including, if required by Lessor and at Lessee's cost, a full fuel tank visual leak check, audible ignition check (both systems), pitot and static systems check and hydraulic system external visual leak check. (ii) Promptly after the operational ground check, except as otherwise agreed in writing by Lessor and Lessee, any discrepancies from the Aircraft return condition requirements set forth in this Section 7, and any discrepancies that must be corrected in order to comply with the Approved Maintenance Program and the Airframe Manufacturer's maintenance manual criteria, shall be corrected by Lessee at its cost prior to the demonstration flight described in Section 7(e).
Operational Ground Check. Prior to the return of the Aircraft to Lessor hereunder, Lessee shall, at its cost and expense, conduct an operational ground check in accordance with the requirements of the Manufacturers, the Maintenance Program and this Lease, and shall promptly correct any Discrepancies at Lessee's cost and expense.

  • Background Check The Department or Customer may require the Contractor to conduct background checks of its employees, agents, representatives, and subcontractors as directed by the Department or Customer. The cost of the background checks will be borne by the Contractor. The Department or Customer may require the Contractor to exclude the Contractor’s employees, agents, representatives, or subcontractors based on the background check results. In addition, the Contractor must ensure that all persons have a responsibility to self-report to the Contractor within three (3) calendar days any arrest for any disqualifying offense. The Contractor must notify the Contract Manager within twenty-four (24) hours of all details concerning any reported arrest. Upon the request of the Department or Customer, the Contractor will re-screen any of its employees, agents, representatives, and subcontractors during the term of the Contract.

  • Construction Management Plan Contractor shall prepare and furnish to the Owner a thorough and complete plan for the management of the Project from issuance of the Proceed Order through the issuance of the Design Professional's Certificate of Material Completion. Such plan shall include, without limitation, an estimate of the manpower requirements for each trade and the anticipated availability of such manpower, a schedule prepared using the critical path method that will amplify and support the schedule required in Article 2.1.5 below, and the Submittal Schedule as required in Article 2.2.3. The Contractor shall include in his plan the names and resumés of the Project Superintendent, Project Manager and the person in charge of Safety.

The employee should provide sufficient evidence in such instances; and 6.6.5 An overall score will be calculated based on the total of the individual scores calculated above.
